Memphis Safe Streets Task Force (Feb 5 report) 1. Arrest breakdown (Feb 5 operation) Total arrests: 51 Juveniles: 3 Adults: 48 Operational takeaway: High volume sweep: 51 arrests in a single MSTF push suggests a broad enforcement surge, not just isolated arrests. Juvenile share: About 6% of arrests are juveniles—low proportionally, but still important for repeat offender and diversion tracking.

2. Firearm recovery and recent cumulative picture: Jan 21 MSTF operation: 40 arrests, 6 firearms seized. Feb 5 MSTF operation: 51 arrests, 9 firearms seized.

Simple combined view (these two MSTF snapshots): Arrests (Jan 21 + Feb 5): 40 + 51 = 91 arrests Firearms seized: 6 + 9 = 15 firearms

Firearm intensity per operation: Jan 21: 6 firearms / 40 arrests = 0.15 firearms per arrest Feb 5: 9 firearms / 51 arrests ≈ 0.18 firearms per arrest

It appears there has been a slight uptick in firearm recovery per arrest in the Feb 5 operation versus the Jan 21 operation.
